Yoga has been a meaningful path of coming home to myself—again and again. Through movement, breath, stillness, and self-inquiry, I have learned that yoga is not about becoming someone different or achieving a perfect pose. It is a practice of remembering who we are beneath the noise and learning to meet ourselves exactly where we are.
My teaching is grounded in mindfulness, compassion, and the belief that our bodies hold wisdom. I love creating classes that invite students to slow down, become present, and explore the connection between body, mind, and spirit. My hope is that each practice offers space to feel, breathe, move, and reconnect—with yourself and with the world around you.
My work has also been deeply influenced by my experience supporting people in recovery. I believe in the power of embodied practices to help us reconnect with ourselves, build resilience, and create meaningful change. I bring a trauma-sensitive, compassionate approach to my teaching, honoring that every person arrives on the mat with their own unique experiences and needs.
I am also inspired by Ayurveda and the rhythms of nature. I love exploring how the seasons, the elements, and the natural world can guide us toward greater balance and awareness. Before becoming a yoga teacher, I spent many years working with local communities in sustainability and resilience planning—work that continues to shape my deep appreciation for connection, community, and our relationship with the earth.
Whether we are flowing, resting, breathing, or sitting in stillness, I believe yoga gives us an opportunity to pause and remember that this moment, and we ourselves, are worthy of being met just as we are.
I am honored to share this practice and look forward to meeting you on the mat.
