You don’t have to walk the path alone.

Recovery Coaching

Recovery is a deeply personal journey, and there is no single path that works for everyone. Recovery coaching offers a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore where you are, where you want to go, and what support may help you move forward.

My approach to recovery coaching is rooted in compassion, connection, and the belief that meaningful change is possible. Drawing from my experience in recovery-focused work, yoga, mindfulness, and embodied practices, I support individuals in reconnecting with themselves and creating a life that feels grounded, purposeful, and aligned with their values.

Together, we may explore your goals, identify patterns and challenges, strengthen supportive practices, and create meaningful tools and routines for navigating everyday life. Our work can include mindfulness, movement, meditation, self-inquiry, and other holistic practices that support the connection between mind, body, and spirit.

Recovery coaching is not therapy or clinical treatment. Rather, it is a collaborative partnership focused on encouragement, accountability, personal growth, and helping you identify and move toward the life you want to create. I meet you where you are, without judgment or expectation.

Whether you are new to recovery, navigating a transition, seeking additional support, or looking to deepen your connection to yourself and your recovery, you are welcome here.

Recovery is about more than leaving something behind. It can also be about discovering what you are moving toward.

Together, we can create space for healing, growth, connection, and the possibility of a life that feels meaningful and fully your own.
